At the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association, we believe that being informed is the key to success within the ever-changing collection industry. Throughout the year, our goal is to provide the GLCCA membership with the best possible tools to be effective in the competitive world of collections. One of the best resources we offer on a regional level is the GLCCA Annual Conference, which will be held May 21-23, 2018 at Lake Lawn Lodge in Delavan, Wisconsin.
The event is one of the largest conferences in the collection industry, with the exception of the ACA Annual Convention and Expo. Not only does the Annual Conference provide attendees with excellent training opportunities, it also allows them to network with other collection professionals and learn about the latest technologies provided by our vendor partners.
This year’s conference will feature a variety of opportunities to make valuable industry connections, including a networking reception during the opening evening. Educational sessions throughout the conference will give attendees a snapshot of the state of the industry, including important compliance considerations as well as managerial and administrative advice for agency owners.
The Annual Conference also gives the GLCCA board an opportunity to hear the concerns and issues that our members face on a daily basis. This information allows us to speak on their behalf at the national level to ensure their needs are being met.
