Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are detailed written instructions to achieve uniformity of the performance of specific functions. GLCCA’s SOP’s may be amended by from to time with approval of the Board of Directors.

Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that staff and leadership are working towards common goals and to assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to our ever changing environment.
