One of the benefits the GLCCA provides its members is sharing up-to-date information regarding the latest industry news, trends, and concerns. With that in mind, we would like to extend an invitation to join us this Thursday, August 2, 2018, for a free webinar recapping highlights from the recent ACA Convention.

The annual ACA Convention, which took place in Nashville, TN July 23-25, featured a wide variety of educational and networking opportunities for debt collection professionals. However, getting away for a few days can be very difficult, if not impossible, for small agency owners. Regardless of whether you were able to attend the convention or not, this free webinar provides an excellent recap of the key take-aways from the convention.

The webinar, which takes place at 11 am CST, will last approximately 30 minutes and will be presented by former GLCCA board member and current ACA CEO, Mark Neeb. Mark will provide highlights from the Convention, as well as any important news and insights for debt collection professionals. In addition, GLCCA Council of Delegates representatives will provide updates from the annual meeting including the board member candidates they supported during the COD meeting.
